Playing Out Rules for 2018 Outdoor Season & 2017/2018 Winter (Indoor) Season

2018 Outdoor Season

All U13 Teams (both genders) for 2018 season will not be granted playing out rights from the Niagara Region (mirroring the 2016 and 2017 model).   

For the 2018 season playing out rights will be granted to the top placed U13 Teams (both genders) based on the NSL U13 2017 standings for U14 in 2018. 

For the 2018 season playing out rights will be granted to the top placed U14 Team (both genders) based on the NSL U14 2017 standings for the U15 in 2018.  

All Teams that were granted playing out rights to the MJ League for the 2017 season will be granted playing out rights for 2018 Season.

Special Note: MJ is a District League as is NSL and it is our hope as a District is that clubs look to populate the NSL rather than another District League.

2017/2018 Winter (Indoor) Season

All club teams in the Niagara District will be granted playing out rights to OS sanctioned indoor leagues at the Players Paradise facility in Stoney Creek, for the 2017/2018 Winter season.

Important Note:

It should be understood that the playing out rights concept will be reviewed annually and will be at the boards discretion. Clubs should not assume that the same concept will apply to future seasons beyond 2018.
