	TECHNICAL DIRECTOR Job Description		GOAL KEEPING COACH Job Description
	The NRSP is seeking to hire a Technical Director (TD) for a one-year contract position for the 2018 Soccer Season. Reporting to the NRSP Committee Board, the Technical Director is responsible for developing, implementing and supervising Coach and Player development initiatives in support of long-term player development. The TD shall provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to all coaches.		The NRSP is seeking to hire a Goalkeeper Coach (GC) for a one-year contract position for the 2018 Soccer Season. Reporting to the Technical Director the Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering the Niagara Regional Soccer Program’s Goalkeeping Strategy. The GC will develop and implement a Goalkeeping Coaching Curriculum in support of the NRSP Goals and Objectives.
